Reducing Myself Monday

Hi everyone, forgive me for another long hiatus!  But I'm back, and today am still 140 lbs.  Which means I've kept off 5-6 pounds this summer, and still hope to lose a few more.  I've been running and doing exercise DVD's and podcasts (and streaming ones! check out Exercise TV!) And I've signed up for bellydancing classes which start on Sept 20th!

I've been following an eating and exercise plan - I don't call it a diet ;)

I always listen to my ipod when I'm walking. I found Fat2Fit Radio which is a great podcast. You should check it out.

We have intermediate Ballroom dancing starting on Sunday. I can't wait!

I've also been listening to F2F all summer long! I love their philosophy of eating and behaving like the 'skinny person' you want to be! I also love that they focus on 'maintaining' any weight loss, rather than trying to lose it all really quickly.
